Would these Fit a 58 plate RRS 3.6 easily?

Are they easy to fit?

Will they need dampening foam to stop knocking?

Worth half the amount in my eyes after looking on eBay TDV8 HSE, Remap (+45 BHP + 100 Nm), Taylored sport exhaust system by Pipe Werx
20" HST alloys, Privacy glass, Side steps, Xenon Adaptive Lighting, Adaptive cruise control

£235 is very reasonable I think.

Standard tips are over £150 these days for anything decent and German made...
