would this be all i need to enable the integrated bluetooth ?

Was in the same boat myself and just recently replaced a badly fitted Parrot kit with the OEM PTI.
Wasn't rocket science and I'm very happy with the results.

If you have the HSE with voice control you'll also need:-

the steering wheel phone buttons,

power to the module

and essentially a MOST link connection to connect the Bluetooth module to your system. (Wiggs from Disco3 supplies these)

Can't tell by looking at it but if that's the later module then it should work ok with modern phones (iPhone 4) as well as storing/displaying your phone book on the radio display. (Otherwise it could do with a faultmate software update)
A better(more expensive) option is to fit the Disco 4 module.
