Wing Mirror External Detectors with indication

I am now working in Central London and commute up by bike. I went past a Range Rover belonging to Land Rover (the number plate being LR 1 and the small print just saying Land Rover CV1 being the giveaway! Anyway, I noticed that a yellow light illuminated on the drivers mirror anytime a motorbike filtered giving warning to the driver. I like this!

Question: where can I get one?
