Have you jet washed the car lately? The sensors often fail if they are jetwashed. Alternatively check that they are not dirty or covered in some way by say, dead flies, or mud etc as this can cause a false reading. 2013 Discovery HSE Luxury - 3.0 SDV6 - Santorini Black

more than likely one of the parking sensors have failed which then disables them all. Get someone to put it in reverse and hold the brake (sensors don't work with handbrake on) then put your ear right up against each sensor. You should hear a clicking. Which ever one doesnt click is faulty and needs changing. Thumbs Up

Thats how ive always solved the issue on the many bmw's im always encountering with this problem. Never had it on the range! WINNER - 2008 Best All New Photograph

Sometimes it happens that front under bumper installation gets rubbed between bumper and body of the car resulting short circuit which causes sensors to fail.

YOU MAY HAVE TO GET THE SENSORS UNIT RESET ONCE YOU HAVE REPLACED AS THEY WILL STILL REGISTER AS A FAULT UNTIL CLEARED BY MACHINE

i presume the same will work on the front (in drive, rather than reverse)

Also anyone know if the bumper has to come off to get the sensors out the front??? Thumbs Up

Yes, you will need to remove the front bumper cover. Smile Malaysia Boleh!

Yes you will, and they will probably charge you the same amount as if they had fitted the new sensor for you too......... unless you have a friendly non- franchise LR man nearby who will also be able to reset it at a fraction of the cost of a dealer - try contacting Cheviot 4x4 who are well known and reputable non-franchise Land Rover specialists in North Shields 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

You may have a broken wire behind bumper?

Lr will charge £56 to find out what problem is

And reset . If bumper has to be removed then £110
