help My Sport in the dealers for 7 weeks LR can't fix it.

My sport has been in the dealers for 7 weeks now and 9 since the start of this year!! with an uncontrollable Webasto heater smoking. it turns on and then belches out acrid smoke then fills the inside with diesel fumes it will not turn off then dumps a load of diesel onto the ground. it is now being shipped over to the FACTORY to be sorted!!!!! can anybody help.. really getting fed up now Might even take my chances with a Toyota the way things are going

I presume you have a like for like loaner - if not I would kick up a fuss. (Presuming your RRS is in warranty) 2005 Zambezi TDV6 - Gone but not forgotten

they have completely changed the heating system twice so far hence the return to Solihul. Unfortunately they only do Freelander loaners...

still in with the stealer. offered bottom book for mine then was told they had a buyer lined up for mine for £8k more than I was offered!! Mine is totally mint and in as new condition with new suspension arms, disks/pads etc etc only recently fitted. been to LR and they tell me a different story than the dealer so dont know where to turn.

nope Donnellys. Quick update they wanted to give it back to me unfixed and untested but have refused now 12 weeks in total getting fed up completely with this....

Did they change the HEVAC unit in the dash or just the fuel heater its self?
