Removing scratches from black plastic?

I've got some scratches on the black plastic door pillars. Anyone know if it's possible to get them out and with what or is it a case of replacing the parts?

Thanks

Adam Thumbs Up

is it a textured plastic or smooth?

smooth Meguiers do PlasticX designed for removing scratches from plastic

if its textured then i don't know, apart from some firms offer a refurb option on plastic by fine sanding then respraying with paint to mask it, (had it done on a dashboard when they scratched it removing a stereo)
