OEM headrest monitors found, without the headrests

hello everybody, I just came across these headrest monitors in ebay

Let's say I or one of you buys them, where am I supposed to put them? Is there any part I can buy like the surrounding plastic behind the OEM headrest or what? 2003 Range Rover HSE Lux 4.4 V8 (Gone and Missed)
