Is this a record?

Just a big thanks to all in the forum for a lot of great advice. I have been lurking for nearly 6 months and I now, with your help, have the the best car I have ever owned.

Here is the story. Last week driving my Grand Cherokee (6th Jeep...glutton for punishment) home from a funeral, expensive graunching noise starts and I think life's too short for all of us but especially the Jeep. So the following day I phone around for delivery dates for RRS. All Oct/Nov and eventually, end of day, get a delivery quote for July. HMM, that's better but then the rep says he has just put the 'phone down on a cancelled order for an RRS ....AND.... it's just the right spec. Sign on the dotted line first thing the following day and 6 days later it's mine. Very Happy

Where does all that money go for days and days when a cheque is clearing?

Probably not a record but HEY I'm not complaining.

Both insightful AND accurate.

Good work there MDP! Thumbs Up

I try and get all my posting done at work (After all, there's very little else to do!). If I log on at home, I have to do it sneakily, behind Mrs S's back! More fun that way. Skiving at work is like shooting fish in a barrel! Yawn 06 RRS TDV6 HSE, Java/Ebony, PTI, Running Boards, Privacy, S/C Grille/Vents, Stormers, Tasmods, Black Badge Soon...
