Driver Seat Squab replacement

After 30,000 miles the right bolster and comfort of the driver seat is not as good as the passenger seat.

Has anyone changed the seat squab, or improved it? Thinking of getting the seat squab replaced to restore comfort.

Appreciate everyone's views and experiences.
