we speak different languages

OK I don't know if it's my dulcet Yorkshire tones but the nice lady in the car refuses to understand or obey me Censored

This is particularly frustrating when trying to update the voice phone directory and I get everything only to fall down on the store command.

Is there any hints and tips to make sure she understands me as much as possible ???
