Newd Pads and Discs

I find it incredible that the sensors do not come up with anything on the display and the garage tell me the pads are 92% and 95% gone - anyway is circa £800 an ok price for discs and pads all round?

Not sure what level the sensors trip at but if you look at how deep the sensor sits in the pad, they wear (and thence alarm) very late in the life of the pad.

When I still had mine, 4x pads, 4x discs and fitting cost me £450 - so I'd say £800 is pretty high.

Guava came back and said £600 all in - ok so while the car is at CHPR it may be easier - I just hate hate hate paying over the odds for basic work like this - and this also includes 10% off parts and labour from CHPR which is very good of them and they are working on my suspension issue. So I guess it CHPR then! Still pains me though Big Cry
