Some T**er dinged my door in the Airport carpark yesterday leaving a bit of a dent and White paint, I need to get the white paint off and thought to use some clay to see if that removes it also there is a product called ScratchX to get rid of small scratches....

I wonder if anyone has any tips to remove the offending white paint, will a clay bar do the trick as its just the clear coat thats affected

Well guys I bought some scratchx from Meguiars and it worked really well, you can hardly see the scratch and all the white paint went... recommend that stuff.... Brit across the Pond

here's how to get it as good as is before the tosser did it to your baby rite step one get your self a bottle of auto glim PAINT RENAVATOR!! use it on the paint on the dent in a circuler motion press hard to get the paint off ok step two ring BEN from DENT'S INK (07813813202) and he'll come and get the door ding out as if it was never there i kid you not trust me i've seen him work his magic mate job done

does he get the swirl marks out left by the paint renovator too Very harsh stuff is AG PR in my opinon

sorry Ayates i only spotted that you was from the state's when i posted that last message but i'm sure you'll be able to find soneone who will do dent removeal over your side of the pond still get the auto glim though mate it'll get the paint off no problem

dont know the car i had it done on was 3 year old so it had swirl mark's any way so you got me there smart arse lol
