Had a look on Autotrader this morning and the cheapest RRS in black is £22995, think it mightg give it a go on there. As already stated by others they seem to be fetching better money at the minute than they did 3 months or so back so fingers crossed

Sorry but would need to see it, I can't spend the company's money on eBay I'm affraid! If it is an HSE and doesn't require any preparation then between £21000 and £21500 as a trade purchase. You were asking for £21k so that's a good shout in my book. I've bid on quite a few this week so would need to see it and get a yes/no by the end of next week.

If you're coming down then let me know so that I can make sure I'm there. Would need to be lovely, therefore if it's not then I'd continue with it on eBay if I were you!

Thanks for that honest reply. I have accepted a bid of £21500 and hopefully its going tomorrow. The car is a SE but appears (well to my untrained eye anyway) to have a very similar spec to the HSE, minus the front PDC. Its listed as a SE A, is this normal for the SE model?

If it doesn't have front PDC then it won't be an HSE, however it sounds like the original purchaser ticked pretty much every other box. The main think that can't be replicated on an SE is the premium leather, but apart from that it looks close to an HSE.

Good luck with the purchaser. That sounds like good money for an SE. Good luck also on the job front, it's a sorry state of affairs at the moment. Hope to see you back in a RRS soon.
