Will be locking it in the garage until the V5 is back and I get the keys sorted.

Actually when you code a new key you must have all the keys present, the process will wipe the existing keys and leave only the present keyfobs coded so the lost remote won't work.

It will however still work the LH passenger door emergency access lock.... Cheers

Was all looking good there.

The seller is now messing me about and wants cash, and to do the deal at my house.

All does not sound right to me, so going to walk away unless he will do the deal at his house or take a bank draft. - --

2006 Range Rover Sport 4.4 V8 HSE Alaska White

I called my stealer today since when I purchased my RRS it only came with one key and need to buy another one. Dealer wants $333 for the key plus $127 to program key(CDN funds) which is about 262GBP . I guess I am taking it up the *** on this one.

Check you can actually get a new key, My D3 had to have a new lock set and 2 new keys as the previous owner had "lost" one, dealer expense as they said they would get the second key sorted out. Cost for the lockset and 2 new keys was somewhere near 300 I believe. Cheers
