The wife does and they price match Tescos! They have a nasty habit of putting tins/jars in with my galaxy cake bars though Evil or Very Mad So I email them and get a refund and still get to enjoy a slightly squished cake! Porsche Cayenne S Diesel 66 Plate

It's great what they'll refund you for... it was SJ1's birthday the other day and we bought a couple of cakes. One arrived with a bag of potatoes on top of it and was quite squished... when Mrs S complained, they gave her both cakes for free Thumbs Up

I complained about my Sainsbury delivery once and they offered a bottle of champgne - I told them I had Champagne coming out of my ears and the very least they should do is give me the whole delivery for free. Guess what I got all the shopping for free - over £200!

Now an even bigger cashback! When I recently moved home there was a mix up with the electricity - I complained that the whole situation was taking too long etc etc and that if they didn't sort things out I would move compnay. The electricity company apologised and wrote of my bill for 6 months to date - a figure I worked out at over £1500.00! 2005 Zambezi TDV6 - Gone but not forgotten
