United Kingdom 2005 Range Rover Sport Supercharged Bonatti Grey
MY S/C RRS NOW WITH HST KIT FITTED P2

After a 4.6is X5 I had about 20 cars in mind lol but I decided I wanted a range rover sport,

I first looked at the 2.7 tdv6 as my X5 was thirsty but had a test drive in a black 05 plate with 30k on but it was underpowered compared to the x5

still undetered I went looking for a 4.2 supercharged but after having a look at a few untidy private ones I decided to pay the extra and go to a dealers

was originally looking for black but seeing a grey/cream colour combo the car was immaculate and the dealer offered an excelent package so here it is

even by this point (first day of ownership lol) it had had the windows tinted, side steps fitted clear side repeaters and my tinted plates.

I still feel the X5 was faster and more responsive to drive, and seemed built better with alot more finishing touches but the range rover sounds amazing and looks better.

then came a new set of 22" alloys, overfinch replicas

but the quality was poor as they started to go discoloured in the first week, the wheel place offered me a new set as they said this was the first set they had seen go like this but i was put right off so i decided to upgrade

i also did a clear rear indicator conversion at the same time

thats how it is now, but i have ordered a HST kit which is ariving shortly and im going to get rid of the orange reflector in the front headlights and upgrade to HID fogs

Love that interior! I had to hold myself back majorly (mainly thinking about how annoyed i would be at anyone who got it dirty) and go for black!

I was so set on gettting some 22's but the stock 20's just look awesome to me everyday (not so awesome after that little hill incident i had a few weeks back Laughing ).

Alfie.

Very nice mate... shame you couldn't keep with the Supersports, they're the king of wheels for the RRS. Still looks good though (at least until you put the HST kit on it) Whistle

I was promised that my supersports were the only ones they had seen it happen to, it was very minor and on the very egde like not enough paint was applied

but i just thought well if im changing i will change completly to make it stand out and didnt really fancy the hassle of the same thing happening twice

TB - yes mate the one just off the thorns rd, if I cant be bothered to do it myself, cant stand to see it dirty
