Painting Grill / Vents - Color Coding

OK, so I have an HSE and I like the Car Styling Studio grill and vents. Logic says it would be much cheaper to take my grill / vents off my HSE and get it sprayed like that...reading through my searches, it seems like people buy the SC vents / grills to get the edges color coded...??? Why don't they just take their HSE vents / grills and get it sprayed? Is there any difference other than paint?

Also, what silver is the silver that is used for the SC vents / grills?

Thanks.

I might be misunderstanding but people buy the SC grille because they want the SC grille don't they? If they want to colour code do they not simpy colour code what they already have?

On that note.... my HSE vents and grille are up for grabs still if anyone wants them to play with in terms of colour coding Thumbs Up

Even if you wanted SC grills/vent (not color coded) you can take your HSE ones and get it sprayed for much cheaper than buying them right?

Xlusion,

Before you spend a fortune buying from the UK, you have 2 guys in LA area who do color coding, who have done a lot of color coding work for our RRS's for those of us on Rangerovers.net.

If you are already registered on the U.S. site, look up the names I'll PM you...fast service, better pricing.

PJPR01 - I'm keen on getting their details... Is there a website url you can quote? My head office is LA so could be an easy option for me, particularly whilst the Pacific Peso (Aussie $) is at USD$0.96!!

Please PM me if this is easier.
