Lancaster Reading - again!!

Yet another praise as it is totally just.

Just completed my deal, change from Disco 3 to Freelander 2. Overall service = outstanding!!!

Specific mentions:

Alistair Peacock (Sales) - Professional to the core and works Censored hard to secure a deal.

Believe me when I say that he goes the extra mile, even though you know he is probably getting beaten up by his superiors, nothing fazes him....good strong sales guy and no doubt gets little recognition within the Jardine group. A+++ Very Happy

Doug Calver (Service) - Quite simply an amazing guy and again goes that extra mile to get things sorted out, including picking my car up at 7am!! The most valuable asset Lancasters have and without him, my LR ownership days would have been over months ago. A+++ Very Happy

Bungle (Sales) - another professional who is only too pleased to help whilst at the same time being totally grounded. Helpful to the core. Very Happy

Overall, Lancasters offer a fantastic service and I can only recommend them, WELL DONE GUYS. Thumbs Up

I will definately go into relapse now.....I am never this nice....never, ever-ever!! Embarassed My Gladiators:

RRS S/C HST - respect of the highest order
Freeloader 2 SE with all the toys - my baby RR

Disco3 - Gone
Defender 90 TD - Gone
FFRR Vogue - Gone
BMW X5 4.4 - Gone
LR Defender Tdi - Gone

I've used Webbers on a couple of occasions - seemed OK to me. Haven't used them since they turned into Harwoods... but good work Lancaster! Thumbs Up
