Honest opinion - TR - absolute waste of time! sorry
overcomplicated to use, overcomplicated for reliability, too many blooming options."
Nice to see the old school still exist in Land Rover ownership. Whistle

I nearly got banned from one of the well known forums when I mentioned that I had bought the TDv6 and asked a few questions about the TR! Strange how you can always tell the guys who have never ever seen it, let alone used it! How they change once they have had a go with it though! It was the same with the Freelander1 - it would never catch on, it would never hack it offroad...................................... amazing how many of those Series Land Rover owners went out and bought one "just for the wife to drive" though Rolling with laughter Rolling with laughter Strange too how often you see the same guys who appear to drive the wifey's car all the time.

What on earth is complicated about TR? Pressed the button down and then turn it to the right mode...... how much easier do they want it to be. Anyway you don't have to use the programmes if you don't want to, just engage Low box and drive offroad without the benefit of clever electronics, quite easy really but a bit pointless when your car has the technology available 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

It wont be long until bits of kit start appearing on the RRS! Firstly though get rid of the front bumper skirts - they will be ripped off before too long. Thumbs Up 2005 Zambezi TDV6 - Gone but not forgotten

I would take off the side steps too - if you bend one you stand a pretty good chance of damaging a door or two! 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

I know but the wife's only 5'2 so she can't easily get in and out without them. I wanted to get some jackable sills but the only ones I've found are from the states and they are megabucks
