They don't use manuals when training surgeons... (not that I am one)... more like a plumbing apprentiship. You just watch someone then have a go under supervision. After that, the more you do, the more proficient you become! See!! No manuals required!  Most of us are reptiles... only the enlightened few become human beings.

I thought it rained constantly in the UK, you chaps aren't using your umbrellas very often, so what's the story - poor quality, don't like the colours or something else?
