I bet if you challenged that in court they would loose and you'll need a company baseball bat to get the money back!

APR's are and can be so misleading if you add in an upfront FEE to the loan & the period is shorter than normal. ie. someone borrows £300 over 3 months - but you have set up costs and other ascotiated fees that would apply even if they were to borrow £3000 .... add in the fees to the lowly sum and bingo... the APR goes wild
