BlueTooth

The second time now I have had a call where my mobile connects via Bluetooth to the car but will not log off. Even after the car has sat for 24hrs it is still showing its logged on (the phone is off and not anywhere near the car).
The last time this happened I had to disconnect the battery on the car.
Any ideas anyone.

Thanks in advance JG

Hi Josh - a Nokia but it matters not I think as it is completely turned of and has been 5 miles away but the car is still locked on the phone menue and will not allow the CD player or Radio to be used.

Why don't you try a soft reset:

Hi All
Went to start the car this morning and that fault has flattened the battery so waiting now for the roadside assist.
I have been given a time 4 hours wait is the best they can do!

This happened to me once a year ago. The soft reset (described above) worked.

Thanks Jimmy will keep the soft reset for next time!! as the battery was so flat the fault had dissapeared when Land Rover Assist jumped the battery.
I seem to remember trying the soft reset previously though without success.
All going ok again now but I have just dinged the rear wheel coming out of a car park....oh bu**er. Cant blame the wife for that one.
