2007 Range Rover Sport TDV8 HSE Java Black
NEW FFRR Supercharged with £7,500 discount

Just had a flyer through from a local dealer giving a £7,500 discount of new FFRR Supercharged.

Looks lik the TDV8 is having a big impact. That is unless you normally get better discounts of the FFRR. I got virtually nothing of my RRS.

I'd sooner wait 12mths - and buy one with 10k on the clock and save £30k............ now that's a better discount Thumbs Up

I know a mutual friend of mine and Misery, who bought a FF RR Vogue SE SC priced at: £76k and he was given a £10k discount. We were doing some price comparisons for him, and we found dealers were willing to drop the FFRR by this amount anyway to get a deal.. quite shocking.. but thats the way it is i suppose. Im looking for a TD6/SC FFRR for a client right now, and 06 plates are knocking round the £40k mark doesn't matter which engine you go for, but the SC represents greater value for money being nearly £70k new.. crazy really..

I saw a FFRR HSE the other day for 18k in autotrader. Ok its an HSE and its petrol but even so thats a LOT of car for £18k.
I think personally if going second hand and it was my choice and was in the £30k region I'd go for a £24-£25k Petrol vogue and use the other £5k.
I mean by this time they've lost the majority of what they're going to loose in 3-4 years (If I'm right) and then you're £5k better off.
Plus it sounds really good and you'll have the money to fuel it for perhaps a year Mr. Green Michael Potter
