Australia 2007 Range Rover Sport TDV6 SE Stornoway Grey

Peter, FYI, I'll have some info shortly on the Autologic ECU upgrade for my vehicle. It's booked into Grame Cooper Automotive on 10 Apr. We are going to do a before and after on the dyno to look and assess the difference from standard. I'm heading down the Autologic path as a result of the Dec 06 LRO review of the Autologic upgrade. There was some very positive comments. If you or anyone elso wants a copy, let me know and I will e-mail a PDF direct (beware it's about 1 Meg). Graeme's also just a bit more conveinent for me to drop the vehicle off.

Vehicle is then back into the shop to finish off the audio/nav upgrades.

I had Bruce do my TD5 and was very happy.

Ivery, Ive had Rangies for the last 20 years and with each of the petrol engines have had an upgrade by John or Bruce Davis and have had no problems. This is my first diesel vehicle and Bruce has a long history of developing diesel engine performance upgrades. He researched the mapping upgrades available and ultimately contacted me with a worthwhile version which he has subsequently remapped to the current version I now enjoy. Great fuel economy, terrific towing and will frighten most vehicles 'off the block'. It's hard changeing from petrol to diesel performance, but Bruces' remap (=chipping) means it drives more like a V8. Smile RRS with the works

Thanks Des

Your feed back is welcome and appreciated.

I emailed Davis Landys this morning but have yet to get a reply.

My RRs only has 3000Km on the clock and I may be having gearbox problems.....but not sure !
There seems to be 3 main choices ( that have forum feedback ) available to us colonials.
Davis Landys , LR Tuning , and Autologic through Graeme Cooper.
All are reputable suppliers and all appear to remap through the OBD port...which is what I want.
I will proceed to get further information from each but it is looking like the deciding factors for me will be price and convenience.
By the time I sort that out I will know what has to happen to my gearbox and when that is sorted can get the chipping done.
Thanks again

Ivery, I ordered my TDV6 from the first batch ordered by Trivetts in Sydney. There were only two diesels and they hed all the options ticked except the dynamic suspension which was not available to the TDV6. I ordered the Rimini Red with front & rear PDC, sunroof, premium navigation, premium ICE ,adaptive Xenon headlights with cornering, rear seat entertainment, personal phone integration, powerfold mirrors and tow pack. I miss having a roof rack but am looking at that. Smile RRS with the works
