Hi guys, i'm new on here so apologies if this subject has been covered before

Mr RRS 2.7 Diesel is due it its 12 month service. Just wondered if anyone on here had got theirs done in the Essex area and how much they paid, as I know some dealers prices can vary.

Any help will be much appreciated, thanks guys.

I had Lookers Chelmsford do mine as they were cheaper than Lookers Hadliegh plus they lent me a TDV8 to play with for the day. Cost was £420 but when the next one comes up I will be using a LR specialist in Southend

Needing a service soon meself , has anyone used the Dealer at Hainult ?

Just has a quote from Hunters Ipswich of £330 inc vat. Will pick up and drop off as well

Woodford Land Rover want £360

How can they vary so much, thought servicing was fixed price!! Obviously not!

They can vary anywhere between £300-£500 for the same service depending on where you go so always worth shopping round, even on a per service basis.... if they're cheap now they may not be for the next service.

Hunters of Ipswich quoted £330 inc VAT.

Lookers of Hadleigh quoted £447.42

When I told Hadleigh what Hunters quote was they said they would match it!!!

Over a hundred quid off just like that!

What if I go back and say I can get it done for under £300??

Not just LR... my poxymobile needs it's first service since I've had it now. Supplying dealer - £400, local dealer - £245! It's all in the margins I suppose...

Looks like im going to chelmsford then unless i can bribe woodford with that price . .

Defo cheaper the further north you go!

Hartwell Landrover in Northampton can do it for £305!!.

Compared to Lookers £447 its a joke

Girlfriend parents live there so methinks me is going there now
