Updates for RR-Sport 2,7 2007mod

Hopefully someone can help me with answer on the following questions.

Are there any software updates etc provided by RR to rectify the following issues:

1. The ABS System (know it's not the right name but,,) seems to be over-sensitive. If the road are just a little weat you can feel and hear that the system start working.

2. When using the phone, it starts with very low volume for suddenly turing the volume up to a very high level.

3. Is there any way I can see how many km there is left until next service?

4. Forward parking sensors do not turn on unless transmission are in reverse or by manual push buttom. Is this correct?

To bad, on my old Touareg it turned on when speed got below 20km/h. And that was nice when doing manouvering at difficult places...

Jay,

It was changed because of all the complaints from people about it picking up other cars/anything else in slow moving traffic. I preferred it when it was on permanently, but it's not on my latest version. TDV6 - gone

I seem to recall it was a common complaint on here at the time. Not many older versions left on the forum these days, apart from VA's and yours. TDV6 - gone

2. When using the phone, it starts with very low volume for suddenly turing the volume up to a very high level.
3. Is there any way I can see how many km there is left until next service?

1. What sort of things are happening which make you think it is over sensitive? There's no service bulletin I'm aware of that talks about this kind of thing....
2. This sounds like it might be a wiring fault in the PTI. Something for your dealer to look into.
3. LR servicing is not condition-based like some other manufacturers... in the UK, the service intervals are 12k miles or 1 year whichever comes first. But I know this is different for some other markets so it's best to check your logbook.

Hi Shmoogle,

Especially when going into a left turn I quite often feel and hear that the brake on the right hand front wheel get engaged. This happen most of the times if we have a combination of downhill and a turn. Newer experienced similar on any other cars I have had.
