I saw along the Farnham Road in Slough today a white FFRR with a SHJ (Sharjah, UAE) plate on it. Was pre-facelift 4.4 with some big what I can assume were 22" wheels on it!

I thought strange to be driving through that neighbourhood when you've got enough money to ship it over! Michael Potter

Probably didn't even cost him £1k to get it back if it came back by sea. Possibly an expat and they might even have driven it home - Sharjah/Dubai/AbuDhabi/ Bahrain/Saudi/Jordan/ Egypt/ ferry to Cyprus or Greece then across to Italy by ferry and drive across Europe. Have several colleagues who have bought expensive cars out in the Emirates and driven them home after they have completed their spell in the company offices out there - much more fun than driving it onto a Ro-Ro car carrier and waving goodbye to it for 3 weeks to a month, or trying to get it into a container and shipping it home for nowt on a company ship too! 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it
