Looked like it had been blinged up a bit but I am convinced that it had the maximum tints on every single pane of glass including the windscreen, totally illegal sure, but you could not see any of the dash area, it was solid black.

Outside there was a very blacked out RR (could have been an RRS ) with 2 very big bouncers in with the engine running, apparently this was an escape car for if things went ti-s up.

Would have been even better to have seen those blacked out RRS's pulled over by the police and done for having windows that were too tinted!
