Pulling to the left

My stealer has had my car for some time now with various faults one being the fact that it seems to like going left?? Embarassed
It has supposed to have had a 4 wheel allignment and believe it or not they put 4 brand new tyres on it Bow down

Any ideas folks??

Does it happen on all roads? Most non-motorways roads are cambered to the left and both my Disco and RRS have a tendency to drift left all the time. 2016 RRS 4.4 TDV8 Autobiography Dynamic in Montalcino Red and Stealth Kit

You really need to try the car on the middle lane of a motorway, which tend not to have camber. If it still pulls to the left then something is definately wrong.

There is 4 wheel alignment and proper 4 wheel alignment. Much depends on the standard of the equipment being used, how well it is maintained and the skill of the operator.

Other factors could be a buckled wheel, which should be picked up by a skilled alignment operator. Is the operator aware that the TDV8 has a different alignment to the other RRS models - has he taken this into account. If your dealer has carried out the 4 wheel alignment, their operator may not be very experienced - take it to a specialist who works with the equipment all day long.

I had this problem on a 911 in the past and finally cured it by changing the two front wheels to the opposite side. You need to make sure the tyre rotation can be in either a clockwise or anticlockwise direction though.

Can't help with the chipping query though - haven't received the TDV8 yet.

Good luck. Gone - 2008 TDV8, Stornoway Grey, ebony, zabrano trim, TV, Tasmods, mudflaps.

You'll love this one (but I must admit, it does have some logic behind it!)....my dealer told me that they are designed to have a slight left hand bias...reason, if you fall asleep behind the wheel it will head off the roadside instead of into oncoming traffic. Wonder how this would go in Europe / US?? Whistle Guys, do yours pull to the right in Europe / US? RRS TDV6 Bluetooth, VR, Roof

Just had some more thoughts on this. Check the car wheelarch heights are the same side to side. If the car has a even a slight list to one side it will upset the corner to corner weights of the car, which in turn will cause it to pull to one side. Again, a common problem with 911's. Just a thought. Sounds like Superchips headquarters are not too far from you - see if they can put you in touch with a TDV8 owner. Gone - 2008 TDV8, Stornoway Grey, ebony, zabrano trim, TV, Tasmods, mudflaps.
