Not cool to see people wrapping up dead bodies on the street and carrying them on bikes..

My limo was followed by an armed escort who followed me everywhere 24/7.. so I was reasonably safe.. RRS TDV8 HSE - Hybrid TV - Sunroof - Adaptive Front Headlights - Harman/Kardon LOGIC7 system

How about taking 1/2" off the soles of your shoes or moving the seat back 1/2" inch so you can't quite reach the pedal. Then you won't need to worry about the camera's. Rolling with laughter

Any way it's not the fixed ones that are the problem, which are usually well advertised in advance. It's the white van ones that are the problem and knowing their favourite, usually hidden revenue earning spots is the secret.

So my contribution to avoiding them is be careful on the A421 Buckingham to Finmere and the A5D southbound towards Milton Keynes. And anywhere in Northamptonshire like the A43.

Nearly forgot to mention the new generation of mobile sites done from a police motorbike.......so near impossible to spot. TDV6 - gone

If speed cameras are located in sites which are accident blackspots - i would prefer to be notified so that I can be extra careful and alert. These areas really should have warning signs as you approach, and not a revenue generating device as you leave.

Slow cars are not the solution - quite often I will see a "slow" car ( or slow driver) who will sit at 45 MPH regardless of what the actual speed limit is. RRS TDV8 HSE - Hybrid TV - Sunroof - Adaptive Front Headlights - Harman/Kardon LOGIC7 system

Switzerland 2009 Range Rover Sport TDV8 HSE Java Black

Did anyone ever solve this problem? It is easy to find the data, in many different formats, and they will work with your standard GPS unit, like TomTom etc., but what about a solution to getting this data into the LR build-in SATNAV?

KB

PS I live in CH, and know this is not kosher, but I was just done in for doing 80 in a 50, on my way out of town, being able to see the 80km/hr sign, and that'll cost me a few thousand CHF, as well as a month driving ban. RRS TDV8, black with ivory.
