Air Suspension Guidance

Afternoon Guys

L320 2009 (MY2010 facelift), my first RRS, normally run LR3

Looking for guidance/advice, I believe that I need to change one or more of the air suspension valve blocks but not sure which one!!

When driving we get a amber suspension warning, which clears with OK button.

If parked in normal mode, the suspension drops on the passenger side overnight, both front & rear
However if parked in Off-road mode, then the suspension does not lower.

If you try to lower to access mode, then the front states to lower, but no initial movement on the rear and then the suspension raises to extended mode.

Live fault codes from IID

C1A13-84 Pressure does not decrease when venting gallery - Algorithm based failure - signal plausibility failure.

C112F-72 Air spring valve - Mechanical failure - actuator is stuck open (2Cool

C1130-66 Air spring air supply - Algorithm based failure - signal has too many transitions/events

Hopefully one of you guys will be able to lead me in the correct direction.

This fault is getting repaired, so NO suggestions of convert to coils will be entertained. Hopefully this is only one item to be replaced. but not sure were to go next.

Could you test each valve using the gap tool.
Also i think you should check exhaust valve on compressor depending on which compressor you have

Thanks Billy

I'll look into that after the weekend.

Disconnect the battery overnight. It disables the car from self levelling

In all my years, I've only ever seen 2 faulty valve blocks causing a leak, it's usually an air bag or leaking pipe join Thumbs Up
