Tailgate randomly indicating open

Hi All. 2013 L320. Tailgate indicates open randomly. Interior lighting comes on as well. I stop, open and close and it clears. All clean, no obvious crap/obstructions 😜

Born and raised in So Cal. Moved to the UK in 2018 for a few years. Now in Poland and looking at moving back to the UK.
