Hello all,

I am experiencing steering pump noise at cold start up that I am trying to chase for over a year now and I am very disappointed. The noise occurs only at cold and goes away after 1 minute or if you rev a little bit.

So far I have done the following with no success:

Replaced pump with Genuine part.
Rebuilt the rack to a professional shop
Cleaned and checked the HP Line
Flushed the fluid and cleaned the reservoir mesh filter couple of times

I am starting to hit a wall and my money goes down the drain. Any ideas what to try next?
