Service Reset

Hi - can anyone help me please —
I have changed the oil and filter and want to do a service reset -
Having done everything properly- depressed break gas etc etc - it shows as service resetting then reset - however when I go back into the menu - it is still reading at Zero -
I’d really appreciate if anyone can help me please — Thanks
