So, are certain features sort of disabled (or not enabled) at the factory depending what money they can rinse out of you at the time of purchase?

Like Massaging Seats - the lumbar support adjustment feels like it could also be a massage seat if it was enabled in the options.

Lane Keep Assist, isn't the hardware there with the Lane Departure Warning?

Adaptive Speed Limiter (is that a thing?) I've got Traffic Sign Recognition - I'd actually use that.
