Crossover pipe for exhaust symptoms

Morning all, I'm just being curious here, but would a cracked CO pipe present problems at idle, or only under load ?

Potentially both. Either exhaust fumes inside the car, and restricted performance faults

Thanks. I don't have those problems.
I do have air rushing in or out under load, but only when warm.
