Mirrors only tilt up & need to push the start button twi

Hi hope someone can help with two little problems, When I go into reverse my wing mirrors tilt up, should they not tilt down - seems strange, the only other thing is when I go and start it it requires two pushes of the start button, is this normal, Sorry should have said it's a 2011 V6 diesel l320.
