Update on EGR issue. I found Halfords Autofix quite helpful and tested the wiring on the 5 pin plugs - wiring from ECU to EGR plug is all good. Left EGR valve still showing 0% Actual, vs varying Commanded values.

Just an update for anyone else suffering the same fault code - I fitted a new throttle body and MAP sensor and all is well. |

WHEN YOU INSTALLED NEW MAP SENSOR AND THROTTLE BODY, WAS THE VALVE POSITION ACTUALLY READING OR WAS IT STILL AT 0%? |
