New battery in fob , will lock all the doors with key in passenger door or using interior door lock.
But will not work from buttons on the key fob.

If it worked prior to changing the battery I guess the most obvious thing to check first is if the new battery is fitted correctly, also some batteries seem to have a very thin piece of transparent plastic film covering them which is sometimes difficult to see.
