Russ, firstly, if you are unfamiliar with forum etiquette, ALL CAPS means you're shouting - please don't do that.

A quick google search reveals that the error code you see is related to an actuator not closing properly or at all: https://www.jlridssddmongoose.com/diagnost...odule-ecm/

So inspect all connectors that you can see in the engine back: open them & inspect for signs of corrosion, and then make sure they are 'clicked' in properly.
