23” rims and m+s tires

I am interested in a RRS p550 ATB with 23" rims. I was wondering if the registration document provides for the installation of m+s tires on these rims or if I am forced to buy a set of different rims. However, I am aware that those tires are not very suitable for use on snow.

I have a P460E AB with 23" wheels and it has Pirelli Scorpio M+S tyres as standard, and they have served me well so far. I have used the same tyres on various models of LR Discovery's from 19" to 22" wheels and have not got stuck yet.
