Transmission Fault Traction Reduced

Hi Guys,

I'm looking fo some advice on an error code

2007 L320 S/C and everytime i start the car and when I turn it off, i get the error "Transmission Fault Traction Reduced"

My local mechanic plugged it in: RDCM (Rear Differential control module) - P0894-00 Transmission Component Slipping.

Any ideas how I can fix this?
