US Restrictions: Black Pack, Prem Pack, 22"Style 5131 W

In the US, I ordered a RRS Dynamic SE P400 (not diesel) in July '23. My salesperson just sent me the JLR Order Details sheet which, to my surprise, excluded the Black Pack, Premium Pack, SV Bespoke 22" Style 5131 wheels, all of which were included in my original order. 23" Style 5135 Gloss Black wheels are also on restriction. The Leather Premium Pack and 23" Style 5135 wheels are no longer shown in the US configurator. The Leather Premium Pack is also missing from the UK configurator.

I can only assume my build will not include these options. I find it hard to believe the Black Pack and most popular wheel options are not available. Wondering if anyone in UK has been informed of the same.
