2007 Range Rover Sport TDV6 HSE Rimini Red

ARCM-ACTIVE ROLL

good evening all, had the suspension warning come up on dash today along with a weird ''rolling' on the front end as if i was driving over a curb but surface was smooth, plugged in the iid tonight and i have
code C1119-09 (6C) "HYDRAULIC PRESSURE-GENERAL FAILURE INFORMATION-COMPONENT FAILURE"
i have done a quick google of the code and a lot point to the high pressure sensor on the block,
any idea's as to the best place to start ? thanks

C111909 Hydraulic pressure Low fluid

Possible causes
Leak in high pressure primary
circuit
Leaking reservoir
Leak in secondary circuit
Direction control valves stuck
open
Pressure control valve fault
Pressure transducer fault
Blocked filter
Actuator fault

Action
Check and top up the fluid. Rectify leaks as
necessary. For sticking/faulty valves, install a new
valve block.
REFER to: Valve Block (204-06 Ride and Handling
Optimization, Removal and Installation).
For a pressure transducer fault, install a new
pressure transducer.
REFER to: Valve Block Transducer (204-06 Ride
and Handling Optimization, Removal and
Installation).
Install a new filter as necessary.
REFER to: Valve Block Filter (204-06 Ride and
Handling Optimization, Removal and Installation).
Check the system actuators.

First thing is to check the fluid reservoir for any losses. Then have a good look underneath and see if there are any obvious leaks as that'll point to the likely culprit if there is a leak. It might be worth checking the state of the valve block filter as they are pretty cheap (c.£30). Then it's looking at replacing the pressure transducer. Hopefully you won't need to replace the valve block because that's several hundred quid for the part. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders

seems i had a battery on the way out, checked the battery voltage on the iid tool and it was at best 12v after an overnight trickle charge, fitted a new battery and clear faults, did a battery learning function and now all is well, no warnings or lights, happy days !!!

Good news - a simple fix is always nice. And thanks for reporting back on the outcome, it helps others. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
