whats the best filter to put in the pollen one or the pollution filter .

I haven’t heard of a pollution filter.

The grey ones are better than white ones.

I use the Mahle filter as well and i'm very happy with it.

Yeah, I use the Mahle carbon active or some such name like that, LAK280 third of the price of genuine L/R one's and just as good if not better.
