Has it got a dummy OBD port to prevent it being stolen?

Had this on a Merc ML. It was a blown fuse that was in the OBD circuit. Anything else not working ? See if they’re on the same fuse if there is.

Might be worth checking fuse No. 63 in the passengers side footwell fuse box behind the glovebox.
