Correct.

It then monitors the voltage and will kick back in if required. (on old simple cars it can take 2 weeks to kick back in)

Bentley use a similar looking connector for their CTEK chargers

You would need to check with the supplier to confirm it includes both plug and socket, as a lot of those on fleabay and the likes off only illustrate ctek lead and plug etc. they don't actually show or say whether it includes the socket part as well, which makes it a bit pointless or expensive if they don't. Just google Magcode that will throw plenty up.

Cheers

I have a Ctek charger and use this adaptor to charge the car through the tow electrical point. I bought it off the Forum shop a few years ago, but I see they're not stocked any more?

Yes it will ramp down and just top battery as needed...like keep the security system going and and battery drains you may have, this is depending on which Ctek you have...i have an idea that most of em do.

Chaps, I went to unplug the charger to wash the car just now, and the Ctek adaptor will not come out. I've tried everything bar sawing it off, any tips on how to remove it?

I can twist it anti-clockwise as normal, but then it won't come out of the tow plug. Neutral --
