I know my rrs has a 19 inch spare wheel but could a 20 inch wheel fit .🤔🤔

I presume you mean underneath the car?

Bearing in mind that the rolling radius of 19" inc tyre will by necessity be more or less the same as 20" inc tyre, then the answer would be yes.

It is very tight, but you can actually get a 275/45 x 21" wheel/tyre combination in the space under the car if required.
