Has anyone had the pleasure of changing these and is it a DIY job, have purchased the bushes but would appreciate any heads up before I tackle them?

Tightening torques will give you the fear, they are very tight, screwing into am alloy subframe

The bar is also quite heavy to manhandle back into place

Otherwise, easy enough
