2005 Range Rover Sport Supercharged Bonatti Grey

broken wire

sooo, in trying to trace the fault with my heated front screen, i came across this broken wire, it is constant live ( no key in ignition )
it goes up to the screen area, but doesnt seem to have any effect on hfs, anyone know what its for?

Thats the strange thing...everything works...except the heated screen.

Yes... i'd call it emerald green
